Questions & Answers

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

There's no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right in your body. The yoga is gentle, restorative, and low-pressure, and every practice can be modified or simply observed. I always encourage you to listen to your body and honor your intuition first and foremost — and if you'd like, share your needs ahead of time so I can make sure you feel supported.

What if I've never practiced yoga?

You are so welcome here. No experience is needed — the classes are gentle and beginner-friendly, with no expectations or pressure. Some guests choose to meditate or simply rest rather than move through the poses, and that is perfectly okay. There's no judgment, ever.

What if my partner or friend doesn't practice yoga?

That's completely fine. Nothing on the schedule is required — it's simply there as an offering. You and whoever joins you have exclusive access to the property and can spend your time however you please: rest, wander, soak in the hot tub, or explore the creek. Come to as much or as little as feels good.

Do I have to follow the schedule?

Not at all. The schedule is just an offering to give the weekend a gentle rhythm. This is your time — join everything, or slip away for a nap, a walk, or quiet by the water whenever you like.

What if I'm traveling from out of state?

Wonderful — guests come from all over! The nearest airport is Eugene (EUG), a short drive from the property. Reach out and I'll help you plan your arrival so it feels smooth and stress-free from the moment you land.

What if I don't have reliable transportation?

Reach out to me! I'm happy to offer a free ride to and from the Eugene airport — or anywhere near Eugene within reason — as long as you're flying in and out at the start and end of the retreat. I'm here to make this experience as accessible as possible.

What's included in the price?

Everything you need for the weekend: three nights of lodging, all meals prepared and served on-site, daily yoga, sound baths, workshops, hot tub and campfires, and free time to explore the property and creek. Just bring yourself.

What about meals and dietary needs?

All meals are provided and lovingly prepared on-site by our chefs. Just let me know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book, and we'll happily accommodate you.

How do I reserve my spot?

Head to the booking page and share a little about yourself. I'll reach out personally within 24 hours to confirm your spot and set up a payment plan that feels right for you — flexible plans are always available.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes for yoga and the outdoors, a swimsuit for the creek and hot tub, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel at home. Plush bedding and towels are already provided.
