To make it official, Madison requires a $250 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance can be paid at your own pace up until March 1st, 2027.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made before March 1st, 2027 will receive a refund minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued after March 1st, 2027.
